Project Manager

As a Project Manager, John oversees projects from planning through completion, helping ensure a seamless experience and successful outcomes for clients. He works closely with project teams, trade partners, and clients to maintain communication, coordinate schedules, and keep projects moving efficiently.

John brings experience in project management, field supervision, quality control, safety coordination, and specialty construction, with particular expertise in interior finishes. Prior to joining Tenby, he managed multimillion-dollar commercial flooring, painting, and coating projects, building extensive experience in budgeting, scheduling, labor management, and client relations.
