BRANT MURDOCK

Brant has spent the past 25 years in a wide variety of principal investing, structured finance and capital formation roles.  Prior to joining Tenby to help re-brand, evolve and grow the company, Brant was most recently with Coastal Ridge Real Estate focusing on equity relationships that support the firm’s student and multifamily apartment acquisitions platform, which grew from $500M to $1.8Bn in AUM during that timeframe. Prior to that, Brant was a Principal at Columbus Nova MB, an overseas family office HoldCo focused on making middle-market private equity investments and acquiring industrial real estate, student housing and boutique luxury resorts located throughout the U.S. and Europe.

 

The first half of Brant’s career involved originating, structuring and executing work-outs for over 200 leveraged-loan and securitization structures across a wide variety industries with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate Investment Bank, Wells Fargo Capital Finance and Scotia Capital. Brant holds a Bachelor degree in Business from Miami University and a Master's in Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame.
