As the Executive Vice President at Tenby Construction, Alan prioritizes leadership, profitability, and operational excellence. With a diverse background in successfully managing teams and overseeing complex projects—including mixed-use development, tenant improvement, and high-end residential ventures—from various industry perspectives, Alan adeptly navigates projects while ensuring the interests of owners and subcontractors are upheld.

Alan grew up in the Columbus/Dublin area and is a passionate supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes. He and his wife, Molly, have two children—Brinley and Brody—and their family dog, Rex. Much of Alan’s free time is spent with his family, coaching his kids in their activities, attending Ohio State games, and enjoying summers in Sandusky on the lake. A former college football player, Alan attended Ohio Northern University, where he studied construction and played on the football team.
