TREY OSBORN

As a General Superintendent at Tenby, Trey is critical in providing essential on-site administrative and technical oversight. He diligently supervises subcontractors, employees, and resources to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with approved designs, budgets, schedules, and contract documents. Trey is entrusted with authorizing and approving all field transactions, contributing to project procedures, and enforcing site safety regulations and work protocols among all site personnel.

 

In addition to his supervisory duties, Trey coordinates all on-site employees, meticulously planning and overseeing the activities of craft foremen. This includes allocating manpower hours and levels, documenting completed work, and managing material and equipment needs across all trades. With Trey's expertise, projects are seamlessly coordinated and executed to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
