JOHN MCCOMMON

As a Project Manager, John is responsible in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of multiple projects throughout Columbus and Central Ohio. His role encompasses project estimation, as well as the administration of company contracts and subcontract agreements. Leveraging his exceptional communication skills, John fosters strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.

 

On the operational front, John is responsible for establishing, updating, and communicating project schedules, ensuring their effective implementation. He supervises project site superintendents and coordinates the procurement of necessary project materials. In addition, John supervises project budgets and financial reporting, while prioritizing quality assurance and control. He upholds strict adherence to building codes and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
