As Tenby’s Paralegal/Contracts Manager, Emily supports the company’s legal and contracting processes from review through execution. She works closely with leadership, internal teams, and outside counsel to coordinate agreements, track key deadlines and obligations, and keep legal and transactional matters moving efficiently.

 

Emily brings experience in commercial contract review, risk analysis, legal research, and regulatory compliance. Her attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to translate complex information into clear next steps make her a valuable resource across the Tenby team.
