Karpinski Engineering partnered with our team to complete a tenant improvement build-out tailored to their growing operations. The project centered around creating a highly specialized conference room designed for modern media use—including podcasting and streaming—while supporting an overall office expansion.
As part of the project, Karpinski expanded into an adjacent suite, increasing their footprint and enhancing functionality across their workspace. The build-out required thoughtful coordination of low-voltage systems, finish selections, and layout planning to ensure the space met both technical and aesthetic needs.
