Katie Kasas

As Senior Property Manager at Tenby, Katie Kasas oversees the daily operations and long-term performance of our active development portfolio. With a deep understanding of commercial real estate and a proactive approach to property management, Katie plays a key role in maintaining Tenby’s high standards across every asset. She collaborates closely with tenants, vendors, and project teams to ensure our properties are managed efficiently, sustainably, and with a focus on long-term value. Katie’s leadership and attention to detail help ensure that each Tenby development reflects our commitment to quality, community, and thoughtful growth.

Katie grew up in Loveland, Ohio, and is a proud supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals. She considers her two pit bulls, Titan and Sparky, part of the family. In her free time, Katie enjoys playing volleyball and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about her—she has sisters who are 16 to 25 years older than she is.
