The Ohio Insurance Agents Association partnered with Tenby to transform a top-to-bottom condo, recently rezoned for commercial use, into a vibrant, functional office that reflects the organization’s mission and professionalism.
Tenby led a full design-build tenant improvement with a dedicated on-site superintendent, providing turnkey management and seamless communication from start to finish. The result is a fully revitalized workplace designed for long-term performance and comfort.

Despite unforeseen challenges, including waterline damage, custom cabinetry logistics, and material delays, Tenby maintained focus through proactive coordination, transparent communication, and real-time problem solving.
