TREY OSBORN

As the Director of Field Operations at Tenby, Trey plays a vital role in delivering on-site administrative and technical leadership. He oversees subcontractors, employees, and resources to ensure that every project aligns with approved designs, budgets, schedules, and contract requirements. Trey is also responsible for authorizing all field transactions, contributing to project planning, and upholding strict safety standards and work protocols on site.

Beyond his leadership in the field, Trey serves as the liaison between on-site operations and office management. He coordinates all on-site personnel, carefully planning and supervising the work of craft foremen. His responsibilities include managing manpower allocations, tracking completed work, and overseeing the material and equipment needs of all trades. With Trey's expertise, Tenby projects are consistently executed with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to the highest standards of quality.

Trey grew up in Edison, Ohio, a rural farm town outside of Mount Gilead, and is a dedicated fan of the Buckeyes, Dallas Cowboys, and Cleveland Guardians. He is the proud father of two daughters, Sophia and Sadie —and shares his home with two dogs: Bentley, a three-legged mini Goldendoodle, and Comet, a Golden Retriever. An avid outdoorsman, Trey enjoys side-by-side riding, hunting, fishing, and golfing.
